You can allow learners to generate certificates upon course completion. Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the course and select Settings, then go to the Extra features tab > Allow users to download certificates.
Note: The Allow users to download certificates setting will be turned off & disabled if a course/microlearning meets any of the following conditions:
The course contains content pages only, and the Score content pages setting is turned off.
The course contains survey mode questions only.
The course contains content pages + survey mode questions only, and the Score content pages option is turned off.
Cross-device progress saving is required to generate certificates. Enable this option on the course Settings > Progress and Login > Save progress cross-device.
Learners will be asked to log in to the course with their email and (as an extra security measure) password. On the first login, they will have to set up their password, which they will use for all subsequent logins to other Easygenerator courses.
Once learners reach the mastery score, they will be able to download a certificate on the results page.
Note: Certificates are unavailable in the preview mode, in SCORM/xAPI packages (for certificates to work, the course should be hosted on the Easygenerator platform), and for Pro plan users.
The certificate will have a branded look and feel with your company logo. There will be the course completion date, the learner's name, the course title, and the score.
The course author can download the certificates of the learners who successfully passed the course (for each successful attempt).
Note: The certificates option should be enabled before the first time the learner passes the course.
Note: If you translate the course into other languages, please consider that the certificates can be translated into the following languages only: Chinese Simplified, Dutch, Italian, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish.
