The All-in-one template combines the most powerful capabilities of Easygenerator to make the course creation process flexible and user-friendly and offer your learners the best learning experience.

All-in-One template features at a glance

  • This template can be used for sharing knowledge/providing training as well as for assessment/quizzing.

  • A course can contain content items and questions. You can show both content items and questions, or questions only.

  • Learning objectives are shown next to corresponding sections.

  • You can show each content and question item on a new page, or all of them on one page.

  • Learners can retry any question as many times as they want, or you can limit the number of attempts per question or per course.

  • The Question pool allows you to show learners a certain number of random questions from all course questions.

  • Learners can get immediate feedback for correct/incorrect answers, or you can have them submit all questions at once.

  • Learners can get feedback per answer option in Single Choice Question.

  • Learners get general feedback based on their score (below/at or above the mastery score) via the Course Afterword.

  • After successfully finishing the course, learners can download a certificate.

  • You can collect learners’ feedback about your course using the Learner Satisfaction Survey.

The All-in-One template in action

The course landing page includes the introduction and the list of available sections. Learners can open any section to see the related learning objective, content, and questions.

Learners can navigate through the course using the navigation buttons at the bottom of each page or the table of contents. The table of contents also gives an overview of the learner's progress.

Also, you can show all questions and content items on a single page or multiple pages, and create microlearning.

When learners answer a question, they get immediate feedback. If the question is answered incorrectly, a learner can try again. The last submitted answer is stored.

You can limit the number of attempts to answer a question or have your learners submit all questions at once (they will not see the question-specific feedback in this case).

On the Results page, learners can read the course afterword, download the certificate (if the mastery is reached), close the course, and start a new attempt. They can go back to the course to review the content and the given answers.

Configurations

Under the Configure tab, you can choose the course layout, how to display the course navigation menu for learners, access the advanced design settings to edit the themes, branding (logos, background, colors), and fonts, adjust progress and login, extra features, scoring, content and questions, and language and translation settings.

The new unique design features compared to other templates are:

  • The possibility to create microlearning and choosing the course layout.

  • Cover background logo (shown on the course cover) + Main background logo (shown on every content and question page).

  • Cover background overlay color + the possibility to adjust its opacity.

  • Cover background overlay text color (applied to the course title and the intro text).

  • Headline font (applied to the course title and other headlines).
