You may want to transfer resources to your colleague, or to your new account in case you want to change your email.

Your organization allows you to move resources from one account to another in just a few clicks.

Go under My Organization tab or create a new organization if you don't have one yet.

Add a new person to the organization via Invite people. Make sure this person accepts the invitation.

Click More options (three-dot ellipsis) icon next to this account and select Transfer resources.

There are a few options to choose from. First, you can move selected or all resources without media assets. As a result, the media will remain in the Library of the owner. Next, if you transfer resources with media assets, the media will be moved to the Library within another account. Moreover, you can move media assets alone.

Select Include account media library if you want to transfer the media assets.

On the dashboard, you can see the groups assigned to the resource you are going to transfer, also the common group of the previous course owner and the new one will be highlighted in bold.
