Learn how to use EasyVideo Assistant to generate, refine, and customize scene scripts with AI-powered prompts, tone, and duration settings.

Written by Veronica

Easily create and refine narration for individual scenes inside EasyVideo with the Generate script option. Instead of writing scripts from scratch, you can quickly generate or improve scene-level narration using simple prompts, guided settings, and AI-powered refinements.

This feature, Generate script with EasyVideo assistant, is available within the AI Avatar and TTS tabs and is designed to make scripting faster, easier, and more structured directly within the editing workflow.

The EasyVideo assistant supports three main workflows:

1. Generate a scene script from a prompt

Describe what the scene should communicate, and the assistant generates a ready-to-use narration script.

We also have the following list of sample prompts to check out, in case you need some help or inspiration to get started:

  • Create an onboarding introduction for new employees

  • Explain a data privacy compliance rule

  • Introduce a new product feature in a training video

  • Demonstrate a customer service scenario

2. Refine existing scene scripts using quick actions

You can instantly improve or adjust a scene script without rewriting it manually.

Available quick actions include:

  • Make it more concise

  • Expand with more detail

  • Simplify the language

  • Add real-world examples

  • Add a stronger opening hook

  • Make it more interactive

  • Add scenario-based learning

These actions automatically rewrite generated scripts per your liking.

3. Set tone and duration for each scene

Before generating a script, you can control the style and pacing of the narration.

Tone options:

  • Professional – Clear, structured, and authoritative

  • Conversational – Natural, friendly, and easy to understand

  • Persuasive – Confident and action-oriented

Duration options:

  • Short (30–60 secs) – Brief explanations or intros

  • Medium (1–2 mins) – Standard instructional content

  • Long (2–4 mins) – More detailed learning content

These settings are applied directly to the generated scene script.

Best practices for writing prompts

To get the best results:

  • Focus on what the specific scene should explain or show

  • Keep prompts clear and direct rather than overly long

  • Mention the audience when relevant (e.g., new employees, customers, learners)

  • Add context like goal, scenario, or key message

If you’re unsure how to begin, you can use the sample prompts in the input box for inspiration.
