You can search for any word or phrase in your Easygenerator course, either on the page you’re working on or across the entire course. This makes it quick to find a repeated typo, an old product name or a term you want to check, without going through the course page by page.

Step-by-step:

  1. Open the course you want to search in.

  2. Click the magnifying glass icon at the top of the course.

The search panel will open on the right side of the screen.

  3. Type at least 3 letters in the search field to start searching across your course content.

  4. In the side panel, you will see the number of results. Use the dropdown next to it to choose whether to search the current page or the entire course.

  5. Click on the results to open the page and content block where it is.

  6. To hide the search, click the arrows on the left side of the search panel. You can click on the magnifying glass icon to expand back the search.

  7. To close the search, click on x

Note: If you edit your course after searching, the search panel shows the message "Course content was edited since your last search. Search again to see the latest results."

Click Search again to update the results. New edits can take a few seconds (around 10 seconds) to show up.

Keep in mind:
