Scenes are the building blocks of your video. Think of them like slides in a presentation. Each scene represents a part of your video — such as an idea, step, or moment. You can add, arrange, and combine scenes to create a complete video.
Instead of building everything into a single long timeline, scenes let you break your video into smaller, manageable parts. This makes it easier to structure your content, edit specific sections, and update your video later if needed.
Adding and arranging scenes
Adding scenes is quick and straightforward. Simply click the + Add scene button in the left panel to get started. You can either create a blank scene or choose from a selection of ready-made templates.
Templates are pre-designed scenes that help you get started faster—each one is built for a specific purpose, such as introducing a topic, explaining a concept, showing examples, or adding opening and closing sections to your video.
To use a template, click Add scene, browse the available options, and select the one you want. Then, click the Add button that appears when you hover over the template to insert it into your video.
Once added, you can fully customize the template by editing its text, media, and layout to match your content.
After the new Scene is created, you can start adding your content and continue building your video one scene at a time.
You can easily add elements of your choice to each scene from the right panel. Rearranging scenes is just as easy — simply move them to change the flow of your video.
Using multiple scenes helps you:
Organize your video into clear sections
Build your story step by step
Quickly adjust or reorder parts of your video
Why use scenes?
Scenes make video creation faster, simpler, and more structured.
Instead of working in a single continuous timeline, you can focus on one part of your video at a time. This reduces complexity and makes editing much easier—even if you have no prior video editing experience.
With scenes, you can:
Structure your video clearly from the start
Edit or update specific parts without reworking everything
Create videos faster by working in smaller sections
Build more engaging content by combining visuals, narration, and transitions scene by scene
Overall, scenes help you go from idea to a complete video more quickly—and make it easier to improve or update your content later.
