Getting started with EasyVideo

From the Media tab, you can upload your own videos, images, and audio files — or simply browse and add high-quality stock images and videos. Everything you upload is added to your media library and stays there, so you can reuse it anytime. Even edited versions are saved automatically.

From the Avatars tab, you can easily generate talking-head videos on topics of your choice. Just select an avatar, enter your video script, and choose your preferred language and voice. EasyVideo will generate a lifelike avatar video in minutes—no camera needed.

You can choose from over 350 expressive AI voices powered by ElevenLabs, featuring natural pacing, tone, and authentic regional accents—from British and Irish English to Brazilian and European Portuguese variants.

From the Text tab, you can add different styles of text to your videos. Use text to highlight key points, add titles or captions, guide learners visually, or include step-by-step instructions.

The Stock library in EasyVideo lets you browse, preview, and add high-quality stock images, videos, and audio directly inside the editor — no uploads or external tools needed. You can quickly enhance your videos with professional visuals, background music, and sound effects, all without leaving EasyVideo.

Add narrations and voiceovers to your videos in just a few clicks. Head to the TTS (Text-to-Speech) tab, enter the text you want to convert to audio, pick your preferred language and voice, and EasyVideo will generate natural-sounding narration or voiceovers.

Our AI voice engine (powered by ElevenLabs) offers 350+ high-quality, natural-sounding voices. Customize them by gender, age, regional accent, and tone for authentic, accurate voiceovers in your videos.

From the Shapes tab, you can add visual elements like circles, squares, arrows, ovals, triangles, and stars to your video—perfect for calling out key points or adding style. Just select the shape you want, then customize its appearance by adjusting the color, stroke, and size.

Transitions help your videos flow smoothly from one clip to the next, giving them a more polished, professional feel. In EasyVideo, you can add clip-to-clip transitions directly on the timeline, just by dragging and dropping them between clips. Choose from crossfade and directional transition styles to create seamless visual continuity throughout your video.

The Record feature lets you capture your screen, camera, or both at the same time directly inside EasyVideo, with no external tools required. Your recordings are automatically saved to the media library and placed straight onto the timeline, so you can start editing right away. While recording, you can freely reposition the camera bubble anywhere on the screen to keep your visuals clear and focused.

This is your video’s foundation! All the media you add or generate comes together on a simple, visual timeline. Use the timeline to split, adjust, or reorder video and audio clips or images until everything flows just right. Easily arrange your added assets—bringing text, shapes, or images forward or backward for clean, polished layouts.

Multi-select clips or move, copy, paste, duplicate, or delete multiple items at once—and even auto-align them for cleaner, faster editing. You can also use hotkeys for all these actions, making it easy to repeat layouts, align clips, or sync elements with just a few quick keystrokes instead of manual effort.

Everything you edit appears instantly in the preview window—so what you see is what your learners will see.

You can do all your editing directly from the preview window too (just like you would on the timeline)—from multi-selecting clips to copy-pasting, duplicating, and aligning multiple items at once.

Finally, check how your edits come together in the preview window—clip by clip or in full—before exporting your final video to the course.

Once your video is ready, export it directly to your course by clicking on the Generate video button. All edits are auto-saved, so you can return and make changes anytime. Remember that it may take a while for your videos to render and be added to your course.

You can now duplicate an entire Easy video as a content block in your course. Instead of starting from scratch every time, you can take an existing video—such as a branded intro or a localized version—and reuse it instantly.

When you duplicate the content block, the full EasyVideo project is copied along with it, including the timeline, text, and all media assets. This lets you edit, adapt, or republish your video within seconds—without rebuilding from the ground up.
