You can share the reports via the private link which updates in real-time. Under the Learner Results tab > Gradebook, click on the Share reports button. Enable the option Share using a private link, copy the link, and send it out to your team members.
Your colleagues or clients will be able to see the results online and download the report as a CSV file.
