When you create a new content or question item, select the Text content block on the left panel. You can choose from Heading and Text, Text (no heading), Two columns, Three columns, Link (curation) layouts, Quote, and Table or click Text button on the menu panel:
You can format text by selecting it and choosing the formatting options on the content toolbar.
